Spotlight · Migrant Day

Honouring the contributions of migrants & respecting their rights.

Our recent Stakeholder Engagement, held as part of the International Migrants' Day commemoration, was a resounding success. Through insightful discussions, we recognised the active involvement of numerous organisations safeguarding migrants' rights and supporting integration in The Gambia.

A critical need for better coordination remains. AIMYD is dedicated to strengthening the capacities of these stakeholders — paving the way for a more sustainable and comprehensive support system, with engagements expanding across the country.
